Contest is open to "Backyard Grillers"- no professionals.  Cooks begin smoking at 12 pm on Friday; Judging on Saturday; Bluegrass band Friday night ; Awards on Saturday, followed by music and dancing on the bridge.

Prizes will be given in 5 food categories:Desserts, Beef Brisket, Chicken, Ribs and Pork Butt
